Welcome to Stuen. By placing an order through our webshop, you agree to the terms and conditions below and enter into a binding agreement.

1.1. When you place an order through the Stuen webshop, a purchase agreement is concluded.
1.2. Stuen strives to keep inventory as accurate as possible, but changes to inventory are possible. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to a shortage or unforeseen circumstances, Stuen reserves the right to cancel the order.
1.3. Prices may be changed at any time, including during your order process (exception: after your order has been definitively confirmed).
1.4. If delivery is not possible, Stuen will contact you and offer you the option of cancellation or an alternative product/delivery date.
1.5. If payment is not completed within the agreed period, Stuen may cancel the order.
2.1. Payment can be made via the pre-designated payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, or other methods accepted by Stuen).
2.2. After your order has been placed and paid for, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.
2.3. For questions about payment or your order, please contact us by email or WhatsApp .
3.1. Delivery will be made via carriers designated by Stuen. Shipping rates and terms are clearly stated on the Shipping & Returns page.
3.2. For shipments within the Netherlands/EU, Stuen provides a tracking code so you can track your shipment.
3.3. Shipping outside the EU may result in additional customs or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility. Stuen is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier if the address information is entered incorrectly.
3.4. Upon receipt, we advise you to check the shipment and packaging immediately. Only sign for receipt if the shipment is in good condition; otherwise, you must report this immediately.
4.1. As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
4.2. For returns, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all labels/hangtags attached.
4.3. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
4.4. Custom-made or personalized products, or items that have been closed and opened for hygiene reasons, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
4.5. Return instructions can be found on our website under “Returns”.
4.6. Returns from abroad will not be accepted if Stuen has to pay additional customs or import costs for this.
5.1. Exchanging one item for another is not possible; you must order the desired item separately.
6.1. Despite careful representation, the color and size of the images on the website may differ slightly from the product you receive.
6.2. Check sizing and details before purchasing; deviations are not covered by the warranty unless there are defects in material or workmanship.
7.1. All content on the Stuen website—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Stuen or its licensors.
7.2. Use of this content without prior written permission from Stuen is prohibited.
8.1. Stuen strives to provide accurate, up-to-date information on the website, but cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or complete.
8.2. Stuen is not liable for indirect damages (such as lost profits or lost turnover).
8.3. Stuen's liability is limited to direct damage caused by intent or gross negligence and amounts to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant order.
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement where possible.
9.3. If necessary, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9.4. Consumers can also use the European ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform.
