We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders. We act only as an intermediary between our customers and the postal services.

Please note: We do not cover import or customs fees for all deliveries. Worldwide Shipment rates apply to packages up to 2 kg. If your order is heavier, we will contact you after you place your order for an adjusted shipping price. You can also reach us in advance via email or WhatsApp .

After the order has been handed over to the postal service, an email will be sent with a unique Track & Trace code. For orders shipped outside of Western Europe using standard shipping, a limited tracking service is sometimes available. Please keep this in mind.

Unfortunately, we can't always prevent emails from ending up in your spam folder. Therefore, always check first to see if the email you're missing is there.

Did you receive a Track & Trace code, but your package is stuck at a specific location for more than 5 days? Let us know by email or WhatsApp ! Standard procedure is to initiate an investigation with the carrier to determine the whereabouts of your package. This investigation can take up to 20 business days. We kindly ask that you respect this timeframe; we will contact you as soon as we have feedback.

Due to the busy times at your local customs office, international shipments may take longer to arrive. Unfortunately, we, like the couriers we work with, have no control over this.

At checkout, you can choose store pickup. Your order will then be prepared for you in the store as quickly as possible. In most cases, this is within 2 hours during normal business hours.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, you must return it within 14 days of receiving it. To process your order, you must register it through your account . Please return your order in the same condition as you received it for your refund to be approved.

Please note the following points:

  • The return period is 14 days.
    The costs for your return shipment will not be reimbursed.
  • All products must be returned unworn and unwashed.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
  • Shoes must not be returned alone in the shoe box.
  • Please keep your proof of shipment. This is your proof of return. Baskèts is not liable for lost returns without proof of shipment.

If the above rules are not followed, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Any shipping costs will be charged to ensure the product can be returned. We will, of course, contact you beforehand.

All returns must be shipped with a track & trace code. This prevents any misunderstandings regarding the arrival of the shipped products. It can take up to five days from the time a return is received to be fully processed. Once a return is approved, you will automatically receive an email confirmation.

Exchanges are only possible in the store, provided stock allows this.

If you wish to exchange a product online for a different colour, size or a completely different product, we request that you place a new order.

In the event of a defective product, the buyer is entitled to a 3-month warranty. The warranty will only be recognized in conjunction with the original purchase receipt and reasonable and authentic reasons for the warranty.

Please note that all clothing sold here has specific washing instructions. Always read and follow the instructions on the garment label carefully.

To discourage unnecessary shipping, you'll be responsible for paying for returns. If you have any questions about your order, don't worry! You can always ask us any questions via email or WhatsApp .

If your order arrived damaged and falls under the legal warranty, we will reimburse the shipping costs. The item will be inspected upon arrival.

The outbound shipping costs will only be refunded if you return the entire order. This applies only to shipments within Europe.

Payments

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay debit and credit cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are also accepted. We also accept Bancontact and iDEAL payments.

Absolutely. Our transactions are processed by Shopify Payments. Shopify is fully PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

At Stuen, you can only pay with our own gift cards and those from Stadsie. Other gift cards are not accepted.

Product info

We always strive to display a product as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, colors and fits may vary slightly.

Treat your clothing with care and attention. Always check the washing instructions on your garment's label.

In general, the following rules apply:

  • Wash program 30˚C
  • Centrifuge 600 to 800 rpm
  • Hang out, do not tumble dry
  • Wash inside out with similar colors

To preserve the colours, we recommend soaking the garment overnight in a solution of natural vinegar and water in a ratio of 1:5 before the first wash.

Account & privacy

Although creating an account has its advantages, you can also order from Stuen without an account.

Creating an account has advantages both in-store and online:

  • Trousers too long (or too short) when you buy them in the store? No problem, our tailor will fix them for you. We'll cover the cost.
  • No more receipts needed, because everything is digital.
  • You save for a loyalty discount
  • Not sure about the size? We'll look at what you've bought in the past.
  • Be the first to know about the (Yard) sale, the Big Bingo Show, Nudie Repair Days and all other events.

At Stuen, we love returning customers. That's why we reward you with a 3% Loyalty Discount on your purchases. Below is the fine print:

  • You have an account at Stuen under your own name and email address
  • You save every year from January 1st to December 31st
  • You will receive the discount on the amount spent the previous year and it is valid until December 31 of the same year
  • You make at least 2 purchases on different days at Stuen
  • You spend at least €400 a year at Stuen
  • Sale items, returns and gift cards do not count towards this amount.

The discount is added to your customer account every year in February. If abuse is suspected, Stuen reserves the right to revoke the Loyalty Discount. Stuen reserves the right to change or terminate the loyalty program or its terms and conditions without prior notice. The Loyalty Discount cannot be redeemed for cash.
