During busy sale or holiday periods, deliveries may experience a delay of approximately ± 3 business days. We always try to ship packages as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered orders. We only act as an intermediary between our customers and the shipping companies.

The Worldwide Shipment rates apply to packages up to 2 kg. If your order exceeds this weight, we will contact you after your purchase to arrange an adjusted shipping price. You can also contact us in advance via email or WhatsApp.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email containing a unique Track & Trace code.
For orders outside Western Europe that are shipped with standard shipping, tracking services may sometimes be limited.
Unfortunately, emails may occasionally end up in your spam folder, so please check there first if you are missing a message.
If you have received a Track & Trace code but your package remains at the same location for more than 5 days, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. Our standard procedure is to start an investigation with the carrier to locate your package. This investigation can take up to 20 business days. We kindly ask for your patience during this time. As soon as we receive feedback, we will contact you.
Due to congestion at your local customs office, international shipments may sometimes take longer to arrive. Unfortunately, neither we nor the courier companies we work with have any influence over this.
During checkout, you can choose store pickup. Your order will then be prepared for you in the store as quickly as possible. In most cases, this will be within 2 hours during regular opening hours.
